Dr. med. R. Michael Dutescu, Jahrgang 1979, studierte Medizin an der Philipps-Universität Marburg. Die Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Augenheilkunde erfolgte an der renommierten Universitäts-Augenklinik der Charité, Campus Virchow Klinikum, Berlin.
Seine wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit führte Ihn über das Centre for Eye Research, CERA, Melbourne, Australien und die experimentellen Forschungseinrichtungen der Charité, Berlin letztlich an das Centrum für Technologietransfer in der Ophthalmologie, (ACTO e.V.) einem An-Institut der RWTH Aachen. Hier ist er neben seiner ärztlichen Tätigkeit weiterhin an der Übertragung von Erkenntnissen der Grundlangenforschung in die klinische Praxis tätig.
